The Montana Board of Realty Regulations has voted to Repeal a Rule that Forbid Real Estate Brokers from offering rebates and other incentives to their customers.

On April 1^st 2008, after years of resistance and fighting to keep buyers from getting a Rebate, the Board announced that a Buyers Rebate is Now Allowed.
